About Pee Dee Community Project
The Pee Dee Community Project, LLC is a non-profit organization that is instrumental in providing a variety of programs that serve community members of every age and background. The organization was founded in 1977 and is located approximately 25 miles outside the city of Georgetown, SC. Our Mission is to foster a community where all residents have the knowledge, skills, support and confidence to succeed in all areas of life.
Recent Events: Blessed Food Drive
Thank you to Feed Georgetown County for the Blessed Food Drive on January 20, 2023 at the Pee Dee Community Park. Their mission is to get food/supplies out to the western part of Georgetown county. This is an initiative of Baskervill Food Panty @ Holy Cross Faith Memorial Church in Pawleys Island. Special thanks to Betsey Marleau Mary Erickson,
Barbara Cobb, Annette Perreault and Mary Ellen who were volunteers.
Thanks to the Sis. Blond Cameron, coordinator and all the Pee Dee Community residents who helped with the distribution. Special thanks to the Blessing Box Ministry from Holy Cross Faith Memorial.
The next food drive will be held on February 16, 2023 at the Pee Dee Community Park.
